The course in Leadership and Strategic Change provides a critical look at the significance of leadership and strategic management skills in meeting organizational objectives. Students will learn about leadership theories and best practices for improving organizational capabilities and offers a deep understanding of how effective leaders can shape sustainable businesses and utilize innovation to deal with transformational and strategic change.

 Completion of the Advanced Certificate in Leadership and Strategic Change will enable you to:

• Understand the concepts, arts and science of leadership
• Recognize the skills of successful leaders
• Summarize the styles, models, and philosophy of leadership.
• Identify the importance of power for leadership and the application of various leadership techniques for working ethically
• Understand the role of leaders in navigating through strategic change in difficult situations

Students will be formally assessed at the end of the course, where an individual assignment of 1500-2000 words needs to be submitted. This is a mandatory requirement for receiving the certificate.
